These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "Player," or "You") and 555ph ("the Platform," "the Operator," "We," or "Us"), governing your access to and use of the 555ph website located at 555ph.co and all associated services, features, games, promotions, and content offered therein.

By accessing the 555ph platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted and enforced accordingly. Where translations are provided for convenience, the English version governs in all cases.

The 555ph platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling participation;
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted at the time of wagering;
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a household shared with an employee or contractor of 555ph or any of its affiliated entities;
• You must not have previously been self-excluded from 555ph or any PAGCOR-licensed platform, unless that exclusion period has formally expired and been lifted through the proper reinstatement procedure;
• You must be acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party or business entity.

555ph reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each Member is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 555ph platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your 555ph account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all registration fields, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You further agree to update this information promptly should any of it change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. 555ph will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

• Do not share your 555ph password with any other person under any circumstances;
• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other online platform;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available in your account settings;
• Notify 555ph support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

555ph reserves the right to verify the identity of any Member at any time by requesting supporting documentation, including government-issued photo identification. Accounts that cannot be verified to the Operator's satisfaction may be suspended pending resolution.

All financial transactions on the 555ph platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts and accepted payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, PNB, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments, are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time. Deposits are credited to your account wallet upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. 555ph does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. Withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds may require additional identity verification before processing. 555ph targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes advertised in the cashier, but does not guarantee specific processing times due to factors outside its control, including third-party payment provider delays.

• Winnings from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn;
• 555ph reserves the right to apply transaction limits applicable to individual payment methods;
• Requests to withdraw to a payment method other than the one used for deposit are subject to enhanced identity verification;
• Any withdrawal deemed to be in connection with fraudulent, collusive, or prohibited activity may be withheld pending investigation and reported to PAGCOR.

All bets placed on the 555ph platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product, including slots, live dealer games, bingo, sports betting, and table games. These rules are accessible within the relevant game or product section and form part of these Terms.

Bets are final once confirmed. 555ph does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been accepted by the system. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round that prevents a valid outcome from being determined, 555ph reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amount to the Member's wallet.

Malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a software or hardware error resulting in an incorrect display of odds, payouts, game results, or available balance, any resulting winnings will be considered void. 555ph will not be liable for such errors and will take reasonable steps to notify affected Members.

Progressive jackpot prizes are subject to verification before payment. 555ph reserves up to seventy-two (72) hours to verify jackpot wins before processing payment. Members who win jackpot amounts may be required to complete enhanced identity and source-of-funds verification.

555ph offers various bonuses, promotions, and a loyalty VIP program to its registered Members. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. Where any conflict exists between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

General conditions applicable to all 555ph bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only, as defined by each promotion's terms;
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
• Bonuses expire if the associated wagering requirement is not met within the stated time period;
• 555ph reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed;
• Any Member found to be exploiting, abusing, or manipulating bonus systems — including through the creation of multiple accounts, collusion, or use of automated systems — will have their account closed and all associated balances forfeited;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering and withdrawal process.

VIP loyalty program benefits, including cashback percentages, withdrawal priority, and dedicated account management, are determined by 555ph in its sole discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.

555ph is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to Filipino players seriously. We provide a range of responsible gaming tools accessible from every Member's account settings panel, including:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, and monthly limits on the amount you may deposit;
• Loss limits — caps on the total net loss permissible within a defined period;
• Session time limits — automatic notifications and logout after a specified playing duration;
• Cooling-off periods — temporary suspension of account access for a defined period;
• Self-exclusion — permanent or long-term exclusion from the platform, implemented immediately upon request.

Responsible gaming measures, once requested by a Member, will be applied immediately and cannot be reversed during the designated cooling-off or exclusion period. Any Member who has self-excluded and attempts to re-register using false information is in breach of these Terms and will have any winnings forfeited.

Members are reminded that gambling is intended as entertainment only, and that past results do not predict future outcomes. Please play within your means.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 555ph platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or providing false identity information;
• Using the platform if you are under the age of 21;
• Attempting to circumvent geographic or access restrictions using VPNs, proxies, or other technical means;
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee or exploit outcomes;
• Using automated bots, scripts, algorithms, or any software that simulates human interaction with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage, regardless of whether the exploitation was intentional;
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform in connection with any illegal financial activity;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening 555ph staff, live dealer hosts, or other Members;
• Attempting to access, copy, or reverse-engineer any aspect of the 555ph platform's software, source code, or proprietary content.

All content on the 555ph platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, visual design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, marketing materials, and any other proprietary content ("Platform Content"), is owned by or licensed to 555ph and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform Content solely for the purpose of using 555ph's services for personal entertainment. No Member may reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, modify, or commercially exploit any Platform Content without the prior written consent of 555ph.

Game content provided by third-party software providers such as JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and Fachai remains the intellectual property of the respective providers and is subject to their licensing arrangements with 555ph.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 555ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including losses arising from:

• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game thereon;
• Technical malfunctions, software errors, or communication failures beyond 555ph's reasonable control;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Actions of third-party payment providers, including delays or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals;
• Your reliance on any information or content provided on the platform.

In no event shall 555ph's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single event or series of related events exceed the amount deposited by you into your 555ph account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 555ph's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under Philippine law.

555ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without advance notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a requested timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion that the Member is under the age of 21;
• Instruction from PAGCOR or any competent regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• The Member's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, 555ph reserves the right to forfeit all wallet balances, bonus credits, and pending withdrawals associated with the account. Where account closure is initiated by the Member without any breach, any remaining wallet balance net of outstanding bonuses subject to wagering requirements will be returned to the Member's verified payment method.

555ph collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data provided by Members in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at 555ph.co/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

555ph complies with applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with PAGCOR and other regulatory authorities as required by law, with payment processors necessary to facilitate transactions, and with identity verification service providers as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

555ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via the email address or mobile number on record at least fourteen (14) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where earlier implementation is required by law or regulatory instruction.

Your continued use of the 555ph platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change. The current version of these Terms is always available at 555ph.co/terms-conditions and is identified by the Effective Date displayed at the top of this document.

These Terms and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including their formation, interpretation, breach, termination, or validity, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within thirty (30) days of written notice, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Members are also entitled to raise complaints directly with PAGCOR as the regulatory authority overseeing 555ph's operations, in accordance with PAGCOR's established complaints procedure.
